How do I sign up for a volunteering opportunity??
We post all our volunteering opportunities on the giving.sg platform. You can sign up for one or more volunteering activities. After which, we will follow up with you via email or WhatsApp to gather more information and confirm your interest.
Can I sign up for a volunteering activity with my family (including children under 16)?

This depends on whether the volunteering activity has any age restrictions. Do refer to the listing of the volunteering activity on the giving.sg platform for whether it is family-friendly..

When will I get confirmation and be deployed for the volunteering activity?
We will contact you to ensure you are a good match for the volunteering activity first. If successful, the Social Service Agency (SSA) will reach out to you for screening before confirmation and deployment. 
Can I get my timesheet / letter / proof of volunteering activity endorsed?
You can request for an endorsement of your timesheet / letter / proof or volunteering from the SSA. You may also check the giving.sg platform for your volunteering hours.
Can I volunteer as a group under my company or school?
Yes, we welcome corporate volunteers as well as volunteer groups from schools to co-create activities and initiatives for the beneficiaries of SSAs in Clementi town. Drop us an email at volunteer@frcsfsc.sg and include key information such as your programme and its objectives, your volunteer group size, your preferred beneficiary group, and the period of commitment.
