1997 – 2001
1997: Rotary FSC opened to serve the community in Clementi & West Coast
1998: Official opening of Rotary FSC by Mr Abdullah Tarmugi, Minister for Community Development (Website)
1998: Organised a series of activities to commemorate Senior Citizens' Week & the International Year of Old Persons
1999: Organised Family Fun Day in conjunction with National Family Week
2000: Partnered Rotary Club of Singapore West on The Food Aid Project
2004: Partnered Loving Heart Multi-Service Centre to launch Meals from the Heart
2006: Piloted Rotary Learning Lab – an after-school student support programme

2008: Partnered Rotary Club of Pandan Valley to launch Family Aid Vouchers
2010: Partnered Rotary Club of Singapore West to launch Back-to-School Festival
2011: Launched kidsREAD – a programme to encourage young children to read & enjoy reading
2013: Piloted SuperMUMS! – a support group programme for single mothers
2015: Piloted SuperKIDS! – a support group programme for children aged 7 to 12 years old, from single-parent families
2015: Presented research on Experiences of Malay-Muslim Female Divorcees in Navigating Singapore's Housing Policies at the World Mental Health Congress in Singapore & 23rd Joint Regional Social Work Conference in Bangkok, Thailand (Website)
2016: Organized inaugural Stakeholders' Appreciation Night. (Website)
2016: Piloted SuperME! – a therapeutic group work programme for adults to gain self-awareness, cope better with personal emotions, & acquire skills on managing relationships
2016: Piloted SuperFESTIVE! — an initiative to spread joy during festive seasons to children aged 5 to 13 years old from needy families
2016: Partnered the National Addictions Management Service (NAMS) to start NAMS@Rotary FSC
2016: Organised Family Day at the Singapore Discovery Centre
2016: Presented joint research with THK FSC (Tanjong Pagar) on Understanding the Role of Social Workers in Helping Single Mothers on Housing Issues at the 4th Joint World Conference on Social Work, Education & Social Development in Seoul, South Korea (Website)

2017: Celebrated Rotary FSC's 20th Anniversary with a Family Day at West Coast Park
2017: Launched SuperSTUDENTS! — an initiative to support students from low-income families with bursaries, back-to-school bundles & academic support such as coaching & enrichment activities
2017: Presented paper on Singapore's Strategy in Delivering Social Services in the Community: The FSC Model and Its Evolution towards Evidence-Based Practice at the International Conference on New Perspectives for Outcome-based Evaluation & Research on Family & Children's Services in Hong Kong, China.
2017: Presented research on Factors that Promote Help-seeking Behaviours in Women who have Experienced Spousal Violence: Rotary FSC's Perspective at the 24th Joint Regional Social Work Conference in Shenzhen, China
2017: Piloted SuperMIND! — an initiative to promote the use of mindfulness-based interventions for clients' well-being as well as to promote its practice in the social service sector
2017: Partnered Rotary Club of Changi to launch Back-to-School Bundles disbursement event as part of the SuperSTUDENTS! initiative
2018: Piloted FundHEROES! — a ground-up initiative based on research to strengthen families' financial literacy using a board game that was developed in-house
2018: Invited to deliver a lecture on Social Work with Multicultural Families in Singapore at the Japan Women's University in Tokyo
2018: Presented research in Understanding and Enhancing Financial Literacy of Low-Income Households in Singapore at the 5th Joint World Conference on Social Work, Education & Social Development in Dublin, Ireland
2018: Launched Equal Chances Project (rebranded as Parent-Child Link (PCL) Programme) — an initiative to help families improve preschoolers' literacy & school readiness
2018: Organised a community outreach event for rental block residents at Casa Clementi neighbourhood
2018: Spearheaded the development of FRCS Eldercare & Caregivers Centre in Bukit Gombak through engagements with partners & community needs assessment with residents (the Centre was launched in 2022 & renamed as FRCS Active Ageing Centre)
2019: Completed major refurbishment & reconfiguration of FSC's premises at Clementi
2019: Presented study on Impact of Learning and Practicing MBCT on Social Workers' Mental Wellbeing in Singapore at 9th International Conference on Social Work in Health & Mental Health in York, United Kingdom
2019: Organised an Open House & Community Day to showcase the refurbished & revamped space at FSC's Clementi premises
2019: Presented study on Singapore's Experience in Developing & Implementing an Early Intervention Programme for Low-Income & Disadvantaged Families with Young Children at the 25th Joint Regional Social Work Conference in Bengaluru, India
2020: Rebranded as FRCS Family Service Centre
2020: Started FRCS FSC branch office in West Coast
2021: Launched SobeRISE programme — an initiative in collaboration with NAMS to provide community-based support for individuals & families affected by alcohol use disorder
2021: Appointed by SG Cares Office to run the SG Cares Volunteer Centre (VC) @ Clementi out of the FSC Clementi office
2022: Piloted SuperME! Men's Edition — a support group for men to empower them to thrive in the multiple roles that they play
2023: Presented research on Study on Homelessness to Explore an Inclusive Intervention Model at the FSC Practice Research Festival
2023: Celebrated FRCS FSC's 25th Anniversary with an Open House & Community Day
2023: Delivered a speech on Forging Institutional Partnerships in Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals at 27th Regional Social Work Conference in Cebu City, Philippines
2024: Completed Homelessness Pilot (HOP) project providing case management & risk training at Safe Sound Sleeping Places & presented findings at the SASW Housing Support Network Joint Solutioning Platform (Suggestion)
2024: Launched DiscoverHEROES! Youth Spark programme – an initiative in collaboration with The Singapore Scout Association to support the holistic development of youths through purposeful & engaging outdoor experiences (Suggestion)
2024: Invited to present on the Prevalence of Female Genital Circumcision Practices in the Asia-Pacific Region at the International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation
2024: Organised an Open House for Rotary Club members in Singapore to showcase our FSC's services & programmes & explore partnership opportunities (Suggestion)
2025: Launched RainTree Project – Supported by the Yellow Ribbon Fund, the RainTree Project is a 12-month programme designed to provide crucial reintegration support for ex-offenders (Suggestion)
2025: Delivered a lecture on Intergenerational Caregiving of Children at International Federation of Social Workers-Asia Pacific's webinar on Strengthening Intergenerational Solidarity for Enduring Well-being
