The RainTree Project (RTP) is designed to support ex-offenders and their families as they navigate the challenges of reintegration. With the support of the Yellow Ribbon Fund, this initiative helps individuals recently released from prison overcome hurdles such as restoring family ties, dealing with social stigma, and building resilience.

Through mentorship, counselling, and skill-building activities, RTP emphasizes targeted support for participants to:

Develop practical skills and a supportive social network through volunteering and mentorship, easing their transition back into society.

Rebuild family bonds, establish vital support systems, and enhance communication among family members.

Gain confidence, emotional resilience, and effective coping skills to navigate life's challenges.
The RainTree Project operates on a 12-month timeline, providing structured support through various activities and programmes that help participants Reintegrate and Transform towards achieving Progress for themselves and their families.
