WHO WE ARE

Founded in 1997, the FRCS Family Service Centre is a division of the Foundation of Rotary Clubs (Singapore) Ltd, part of the global Rotary International network. We are a key community-based social service provider supported by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), and the Community Chest.
